UAE Hotels Roll Out Easter Deals Up To 30%, Flexible Stays To Drive Occupancy
(MENAFN- Khaleej Times)
Hotels across the UAE are introducing discounted staycations, flexible check-in options, and bundled perks ahead of the Easter break, as the sector looks to sustain occupancy during a typically softer shoulder period.
With the Easter holiday approaching, hotels appear to be doubling down on bundled experiences in a bid to capture a larger share of residents opting for short, local breaks.

Several properties in Dubai and the Northern Emirates have launched limited-time offers aimed largely at residents, with entry-level rates starting from around Dh450 per night and savings of up to 30 per cent on rooms, dining, and wellness experiences.
The latest round of promotions comes as UAE hotels continue to balance strong tourism inflows with the need to maintain occupancy levels outside peak periods. As reported by Khaleej Times, several hotels saw near-full occupancy levels over the Eid break despite regional tensions.
At The H Dubai, a 24-hour staycation concept allows guests to check in at any time and retain the room for a full day, rather than following standard hotel timings. The offer, available until the end of April, is priced from Dh450 per night and includes breakfast, dining credit, and spa discounts, with children under 12 staying free.
The flexible format is designed to appeal to residents seeking shorter breaks without the time constraints of conventional check-in and check-out windows, a trend that has gained traction in recent years.
There cannot be a better place than At at Burj Khalifa. The Easter menu brings together a selection of starters, with prices starting from Dh290, and children dine on the house.
Family-focused resorts are also leaning into seasonal demand. Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai is offering Easter-themed packages between April 3 and 5, combining discounted stays with access to waterpark attractions, kids’ activities, and dining offers. Entry rates start from Dh450+, alongside savings on food, beverages, and spa treatments.
The property is also hosting a one-day Easter lunch priced at Dh99 per person, as hotels increasingly use dining experiences and events to drive footfall beyond room bookings.
Meanwhile, Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah is introducing a new wellness package and gym membership, with spa treatments starting from Dh249 and monthly fitness access priced from Dh499.
In Ras Al Khaimah, InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is promoting extended-stay packages with early check-in and late check-out, bundled with discounts on dining and spa services. Rates start from Dh550, with complimentary stays and meals for children under 12.
Short booking windows are also being used to create urgency. JA Beach Hotel has launched a 72-hour promotion offering 30 per cent off stays booked before the end of March, valid for travel through early 2027.
