This time, the Airport Express offers free round trips for children to the airport or the exhibition center, half-price round trips for seniors with a Senior Octopus card, and group tickets starting at $42.5 per person. Additionally, the Airport Express will launch the “1 MTR Point Quick Grab” event every Wednesday in April, with prizes including free single journey tickets for the Airport Express, half-price single journey tickets for the Airport Express, or 30% discount electronic coupons.

Easter Promotions

1) Free round trips for children to the airport or exhibition center

From now until May 3, children aged 3 to 11 holding a valid Child Octopus card can travel for free on the Airport Express between Hong Kong, Kowloon, or Tsing Yi stations and the airport or exhibition center station when they enter the gates.

2) Half-price round trips for seniors with a Senior Octopus card

From now until May 3, passengers aged 60 or above holding a valid Senior Octopus card can enjoy half-price Octopus fare discounts when traveling on the Airport Express between Hong Kong, Kowloon, or Tsing Yi stations and the airport, and can also enjoy free MTR shuttle service.

3) Group ticket discounts

The group ticket discount prices will remain unchanged until August 31 this year. Passengers can enjoy discounts of up to 58% by purchasing tickets together at the Airport Express customer service center (excluding the exhibition center station).

MTR Mobile members only need to use 1 MTR point to redeem free single journey tickets for the Airport Express or electronic coupons during specified times. The number of redeemable items is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies last.

Moreover, the Airport Express “Taxi Transfer Half Price” promotion will continue to apply during the Easter period until September 11, 2026. Passengers only need to visit the customer service centers at Hong Kong Station, Kowloon Station, or Tsing Yi Station before entering the gates and present a same-day taxi receipt or electronic proof of $50 or more to receive the half-price Octopus fare discount to the airport.
