Guangxi Network News: On March 5, Yuyuan Group held a performance release communication meeting for the year 2025, attended by Chairman Huang Zhen, Independent Director Song Hang, President Chen Yihang, Executive President and CFO Zou Chao, and Vice President and Secretary of the Board Wang Jin.

During the Q&A session, Chen Yihang responded to questions related to the AI strategy. He clearly stated that 20 AI applications have already been implemented in business scenarios and proposed an upgrade from general AI to business-specific AI to promote differentiated competition across its various business formats and the implementation of the Oriental Life Aesthetics strategy.

Chen Yihang pointed out that, under the national push for “Artificial Intelligence +,” Yuyuan uses “Oriental Life Aesthetics” as a strategic anchor to deeply integrate AI into the entire cultural consumption chain, creating a unique ecosystem that combines “technology - scenario - culture.” This strategic logic differs from “purely technology-oriented AI applications” and has formed its own differentiated competitive advantage.

He stated that AI has achieved a dual leap in the contemporary expression of traditional culture and its commercial value, mainly reflected in three dimensions: scenario definition capabilities, cultural data accumulation, and organizational collaboration mechanisms. He emphasized that focusing on high-value cultural consumption scenarios is the core of building differentiated competitiveness.

Regarding how AI reflects differentiated competitiveness, Chen Yihang cited examples of the company’s application of AI technology in cultural scenarios such as lantern festival planning, intangible cultural heritage design, and national trend marketing. For instance, by combining generative AI, they created digital content like “AI Adventure in the Mountains and Seas,” which gives traditional cultural symbols modern vitality. He emphasized, “This capability is difficult for internet giants to replicate, creating a cultural-specific AI moat.”

At the organizational and technical levels, the company has built an AI foundation called AIOS, deeply integrating experience, efficiency, connectivity, and collaboration, becoming the central hub for business digital twins and human-machine collaborative intelligent decision-making. Chen Yihang mentioned that in 2026, they will launch the first AI intelligent agent, “Xiao Yuyuyu,” which will gradually form business-specific AI capabilities by continuously accumulating data and language resources from industries such as jewelry, watchmaking, and catering.

He pointed out that AI has played a substantial role in enhancing business efficiency, optimizing customer experience, and driving marketing innovation.

Looking ahead to the next three years, Chen Yihang made it clear that the key focus of AI investment will be on the deep integration with core businesses, including jewelry, catering, and improving product development efficiency and operational capabilities. He stated that they will accelerate the shift of AI applications from “technology introduction” to “full business implementation,” enhancing R&D efficiency, improving customer experience, and increasing operational efficiency to further build sustainable competitive advantages.

Furthermore, Chen Yihang summarized: “In the next three years, we will continue to promote the AI strategy centered around value creation, driving the implementation of AI applications across various business fronts to serve the company’s long-term development and differentiated competition.”
