Keysight and AttoTude Collaborate on Advanced Signal Analysis Solutions for THz Interconnect Development

Keysight Technologies and AttoTude Inc. have partnered to advance THz interconnect development for AI and hyperscale data centers. AttoTude is leveraging Keysight’s 89600 Vector Signal Analysis (VSA) software, particularly its FlexFrame measurement capability and UXR Oscilloscope, to characterize high-speed waveforms and accelerate the development of its THz radio technology. This collaboration aims to address bandwidth, reliability, and energy efficiency challenges in AI infrastructure.
