DingTalk Customer Service: It is not recommended for enterprise clients to use OpenClaw directly in office scenarios.
Today, regarding questions related to whether “businesses can use a lobster,” an AliDing customer service representative said: “Under the premise that professionals have not put in place the relevant safety measures, we do not recommend that business customers directly use OpenClaw for work computers and office environments.” Some enterprise employees also shared on social platforms the conversation they had with AliDing customer service, saying that when they consulted “how to connect OpenClaw to DingTalk,” the DingTalk customer service provided contradictory answers—first offering an official integration technical document and telling developers that they can call the DingTalk API service for free without any limits, and even that they can directly operate DingTalk AI spreadsheets, Teambition, and other product functions through OpenClaw; but then the customer service also provided a clear “not recommended” response, citing safety risks, namely “we do not recommend that business customers directly use OpenClaw in office scenarios.” (Caixin)
