Xingjiang Zhonghe Announcement. The board of directors of the company has received the written resignations from employee director and deputy general manager Bian Mingyong, deputy general managers Yang Shihu and Guo Wanhua. Due to changes in their work arrangements, Bian Mingyong resigns from his positions as the company’s employee director and deputy general manager; Yang Shihu resigns from his position as the company’s deputy general manager. Due to retirement, Guo Wanhua resigns from her position as the company’s deputy general manager. After their resignations, Bian Mingyong and Yang Shihu will still hold important positions in the company’s controlling subsidiary; Guo Wanhua will hold other positions in the company.
