Recently, a research report from China International Capital Corporation Securities stated that in March 2026, the National Press and Publication Administration issued 133 game licenses (130 domestic titles, 3 imported titles). In the first quarter of 2026, a total of 467 licenses were issued (453 domestic, 14 imported). The pacing of license issuance remains stable, and supply-side conditions continue to be maintained in a normalized state.

In terms of structure, mobile game titles still hold the dominant position. The share of casual and puzzle/brain-teaser products has increased, while cross-platform expansion and new formats such as VR continue to be explored.
