Viewpoint Network News: On March 27, Luoyang Urban Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. announced the interest payment notice for the second tranche of medium-term notes for the year 2025. This bond is referred to as “25 Luoyang Urban Investment MTN002,” with code 102581474, an issuance and balance of 308 million yuan, a term of 5 years, and an interest rate for this period of 2.67%.

According to the announcement, the interest payment date for this bond is April 3, 2026, with the payable interest amounting to 8.2236 million yuan. The interest payment funds will be transferred by the issuer to the designated account of the China Interbank Market Clearing House Co., Ltd., and then forwarded to the designated bank accounts of the bondholders.

If the interest payment date falls on a statutory holiday, the fund transfer time will be postponed. Bondholders who need to change the fund transfer path must notify the registration and custody agency before the interest payment date; otherwise, any related losses will be borne by themselves.
