Bank of America has upgraded its rating on Oracle, maintaining a "buy" rating with a price target of $200, citing strong demand for artificial intelligence and cloud computing that has driven the company's remaining performance obligations (RPO) to as high as $553 billion. Analyst Tal Liani pointed out execution risks in capacity and capital-intensive buildouts, expecting free cash flow to remain negative through fiscal year 2029. Currently, Oracle's stock has a consensus rating of "strong buy," with a 12-month average price target of $245.11.
