On March 25, Jiaye Food announced that the company and Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as “Haimen Development Zone Management Committee”) have reached a friendly agreement. They signed the “Industrial Project Development Framework Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “Framework Agreement” or “this Agreement”) on March 24, 2026. The two parties have reached a cooperation intention regarding the investment in the smart manufacturing project of super plant-based milk, with an intended investment amount of approximately 1 billion RMB. The project plans to produce liquid beverages such as milk tea, oatmeal milk, and walnut milk.

On March 24, 2026, the company held the 9th meeting of the third board of directors, during which it approved the proposal to sign the “Industrial Project Development Framework Agreement” with Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee. The company agreed to sign the Framework Agreement and authorized the chairman or legally authorized agents to sign relevant documents. This matter does not require submission to the shareholders’ meeting for approval.
