Breaking the Challenge of Working Parents! Xiangshun Holdings Group Launches Employee Children Care Class
Focusing on the urgent, difficult, and urgent needs of employees’ children for care, effectively solving parents’ worries at work. On March 23, the 2026 Xiangshun Holding Group Employee Children’s Loving Care Class held an opening ceremony, officially providing free custody services for the children of group employees, putting corporate care into practice with pragmatic measures. Ye Xiaoting, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Xinzheng County Federation of Trade Unions, Chen Jinchang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Trade Union of Xiangshun Holding Group, Huang Jianzhen, General Manager of the Group’s Human Resources and Administration Center, and other relevant leaders attended the ceremony. Over 50 participants, including employee parents, custody class students, and tutors, witnessed the official launch of the custody class.
At the opening ceremony, Huang Jianzhen awarded appointment letters to the tutors, clarifying their responsibilities and service standards, strictly controlling the quality of custody services, and laying a solid foundation for the standardized and professional operation of the class. Subsequently, the representative teachers of the custody class read aloud and explained the daily operation rules, safety management standards, student discipline requirements, and other core content, detailing the entire process standards for pick-up and drop-off management, homework tutoring, dietary safety, emergency response, and more, striving to create a safe, orderly, and comfortable custody environment.
Chen Jinchang delivered a speech and announced the official opening of the custody class. She stated that the opening of the Loving Care Class is an important measure by Xiangshun Holding Group to care for its employees. The group and the trade union will continue to ensure the operation and support of the class. She also hopes that tutors will accompany children with love, patience, and responsibility, and looks forward to parents’ active cooperation, working together to create a happy learning and healthy growth space for children.
It is understood that the Loving Care Class launched by Xiangshun Holding Group directly addresses practical issues such as the mismatch between employees’ off-work times and children’s school dismissal, lack of homework guidance, and inconvenience in dinner arrangements. The group has introduced several tangible inclusive services: providing nutritious dinner free of charge throughout the process, equipped with professional tutors for homework guidance, balancing academic support and daily care, thoroughly solving the after-school care difficulties of employees’ families.
