Beijing Deepening Wu Wenting On March 22, Fengtai new development Jiatang Jingyue opened for sale. According to sales posters, Jiatang Jingyue sold 266 units at launch.

Previously, on February 8, Jiatang Jingyue opened its sales office and showrooms, attracting a lively crowd and many homebuyers to visit.

It is understood that the project is jointly developed by Beijing Urban Construction Development, Beijing Construction Engineering, and Zhuzong, three major state-owned enterprises. It is positioned as an upscale improvement community in the West Third Ring Road, focusing on the fourth-generation healthy residences.

Jiatang Jingyue offers units ranging from approximately 99 to 176 square meters, with three to four bedrooms. The layouts are square and transparent, equipped with high-quality wood finishes, stone materials, branded fine decoration, and full-house smart systems.

In terms of location, the project is situated in the core of the inner city within the West Third Ring Road, in the Yugezhuang Liuliqiao area of Fengtai.
