Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze requirements and design products for investment trading, market-making, or OTC derivatives trading platforms; closely coordinate with investment, compliance, and risk control teams to transform complex business needs, trading strategies, and risk rules into implementable system solutions; deliver integration plans, requirement specifications, flowcharts, and other deliverables.

  2. Collaborate with development teams to advance project implementation, participate in technical reviews, control progress and quality, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  3. Participate in business acceptance testing and production validation; prepare test cases, record defects, write acceptance test reports. Respond to production issues, continuously optimize system stability, performance, and user experience, supporting scalable business operations.

Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree or above from top domestic or international universities, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields.

  2. At least 3 years of experience in software product design, development, or testing in securities, funds, or futures industries.

  3. Proficient in requirements analysis, business modeling, and prototyping; capable of independently producing logically rigorous and clearly expressed requirement specifications, solutions, and test cases; effectively support cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  4. Able to lead cross-functional teams including business, operations, development, risk control, and compliance; efficiently build or iterate complex trading systems from scratch or through key updates; strong execution skills.

  5. Familiar with securities/futures industry regulatory frameworks and compliance/risk requirements; in-depth understanding of core processes such as trading, market-making, valuation, and clearing; strong logical thinking and data sensitivity.

  6. Technical background or system thinking; able to collaborate efficiently with development teams; understand interface protocols, data models, and system performance metrics (such as latency, throughput).

  7. Experience in building large financial trading systems (such as investment trading, market-making, OTC derivatives platforms) is preferred.

  8. Strong stress resistance, adaptable to fast-paced and efficient work environments.

  9. Strong execution ability, good communication and coordination skills.
