Sunshine 100 (00083), led by MTR Corporation (00066), is developing Ocean View Bay I at Tseung Kwan O Sun Rise City. Ticket sales began today on the first day. Sunshine 100 Executive Director Tin Siu-yuan stated that by 3 p.m., over 1,600 tickets had been sold in just three hours. Based on the first price list, this exceeds the initial offering by more than five times.

The buyers include major clients from Group A. Some investors believe that the first price list offers significant discounts and expect substantial rental returns, so they are looking to make long-term investments.

Tin Siu-yuan pointed out that the project may release additional units later to meet market demand, and there is potential for price increases on the additional units.

The developer said that last Friday’s tender response was positive, with about 30% of the bidders being mainland Chinese clients. Another round of bidding will take place tomorrow, with a chance to secure transactions for the full sea view four-bedroom dual-unit type “Ocean View Sky” at LE SKY.
