The 2026 Zhongguancun International Technology Trading Conference is about to open, with "blue vest" on-site service

The 2026 Zhongguancun Forum Annual Conference is about to commence. As a key component, the Zhongguancun International Technology Exchange Conference focuses on global trends in the technology industry, grounded in the capital city’s strategic positioning and key industrial layout. Following the “1+8+N” framework, it will host over 20 technology matchmaking activities, with the highest number of participating investment institutions in its history.

This conference will feature eight major branded events and introduce service formats such as the Technology Exchange “Consultation Room,” Technology Manager “Blue Vest,” “Orange Fruit Shop,” and Tech Transfer Live Broadcast Room. More than a hundred technology managers will wear “Blue Vests” and actively participate on-site, serving as matchmakers.

Eight Major Branded Events to Debut

The Zhongguancun International Technology Exchange Conference was first established in 2020, themed “Global Buy, Global Sell,” aiming to create a platform based in Beijing and open to the world. It integrates high-end frontier technology releases, demand-supply matching,交流, and publicity into a comprehensive platform for cooperation. The 2026 conference will be held at the Zhongguancun International Technology Exchange Center, which officially began operations on March 16. The center offers a full-chain, one-stop service system including成果集聚,展示路演,技术评价,技术交易,场景对接, and风险投资, currently hosting over 90 domestic and international organizations.

The opening ceremony of the 2026 Zhongguancun International Technology Exchange Conference will be held on the afternoon of March 25. It will invite guests from global and domestic innovation regions such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, including research teams, tech companies, industry leaders,成果转化 service platforms, venture capital institutions, and科技园区 for交流. A batch of成果转化 projects, investment and financing projects, and生态合作 projects will be signed collectively. Additionally, policies related to 科创服务人才队伍建设 will be announced, along with the launch of the “Blue Vest” plan for technology managers.

The conference will feature eight branded events: the Zhongguancun Science and Technology成果转化50人论坛, Global Technology Manager Collaboration Network Annual Meeting, Large-Medium-Small Enterprise Innovation Development Matchmaking, University and Institute Technology Transfer Matchmaking, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Technology成果对接会, Key Country Technology交易专场, Major科技成果对接专场, and District Mayor Reception. Services such as the Technology Exchange “Consultation Room,” Technology Manager “Blue Vest,” “Orange Fruit Shop,” and Tech Transfer Live Broadcast Room will be provided. Over a hundred technology managers in “Blue Vests” will be active on-site, serving as matchmakers.

Four Major Highlights of the 2023 Zhongguancun International Technology Exchange Conference

Compared to previous years, this year’s conference has achieved a comprehensive upgrade, showcasing four major highlights: “精” (precision), “联” (connectivity), “实” (practicality), and “潮” (trendiness). The event is industry demand-driven, focusing precisely on frontier tracks such as artificial intelligence, embodied intelligence, and life health. It will identify high-quality projects from national key laboratories, regional transfer centers, outstanding成果 from the National Natural Science Foundation, and high-quality projects from the Zhongguancun Frontier Competition, promoting deep integration of科技创新 and产业创新. On-site releases will include the Zhongfa Haidian Native Engine Artificial Intelligence成果转化基金 and the country’s first "AI incubates AI"成果转化平台, among other innovations.

The conference emphasizes connecting domestic and international创新资源, deepening跨境合作, and will hold five重点国别专场 including Switzerland and the UK. It will upgrade regional collaboration through the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei成果对接会, collecting over 70 regional技术成果 and creating a “patience capital + scene-driven” collaboration model. It will also coordinate with the Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to build a科技成果转化合作生态.

The “District Mayor Reception” covers 16 districts and economic development zones in Beijing, selecting key projects from over 500优质项目, establishing face-to-face政企交流桥梁. The交易中心 will set up a “Reception Room” area for regular沟通交流. The event will also create a "潮科技"体验场景, with the “Orange Fruit Shop” showcasing multiple科技新品, including interactive exhibits across various fields.

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Technology成果转化对接会 to Promote Regional成果转化

To accelerate成果转化 in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the成果对接会 will be held on the morning of March 27. The event aims to promote deep integration of技术,人才, and资本 among the three regions, providing a platform for交流 and成果对接, including keynote reports, signing ceremonies,实践分享, and项目路演.

Additionally, the 2026 Zhongguancun Technology成果转化50人论坛 will be held on the morning of March 26. Continuing the format of “keynote speeches + roundtable discussions,” the forum will focus on core topics of成果转化, gathering industry wisdom and fostering深度交流 to cultivate new productive forces.

The Large-Medium-Small Enterprise Innovation Development Matchmaking will take place on the morning of March 27 in Area B of the交易中心.
