I've discovered that I prefer enterprises that, despite being among the greatest companies on Earth, have founders who remain actively at the forefront, make frequent public statements, and have distinctive personalities. I quite like both these companies and their CEOs. For example: Nvidia, Tesla, and Meta.

Microsoft and Amazon are also quality enterprises, but I'm not as fond of them. These two bosses are no longer very active at the front lines and have moved on to enjoy life. They make few public statements about their companies and industries. Bill Gates has completely separated himself from the tech circle and gotten involved in all sorts of strange ventures.
