As the fourth week of the Israel-Hamas conflict begins, tensions continue to escalate. Iran’s Natanz uranium enrichment facility was attacked, with no radioactive material leaked. Iran launched missile strikes on two cities in southern Israel, injuring over 100 people.

One of the cities, Dimona, had buildings hit, with about 40 people injured, including a child around 10 years old. Near Dimona, there is a nuclear research center, and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) stated there is no sign of damage to the center, nor were any abnormal radiation levels detected. Another city, Arad, was hit by a missile, causing widespread destruction and injuring more than 80 people.

Iran’s state television quoted experts saying the attack on Dimona was a response to Israel’s recent attack on Iran’s Natanz nuclear facility. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a statement after the attack, vowing to fight the enemy on all fronts. The Israeli military is investigating why the missiles were not intercepted and noted that Iran’s recent launch was not a new type of missile; Iran has previously launched missiles at Israel.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced that they successfully struck targets in northern and central Israel, as well as the U.S. Fifth Fleet, using multiple missiles. They emphasized that no force should underestimate Iran’s defense capabilities. Additionally, the commander of the Revolutionary Guard Navy posted on social media that they used a large number of ballistic missiles and suicide drones to destroy facilities at two airbases in the UAE and Kuwait, including U.S. and Israeli aircraft hangars and fuel depots.

Furthermore, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi spoke with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi via phone, stating that only if the U.S. and Israel immediately cease their aggressive actions and guarantee no further such acts will the conflict end.
