(hereinafter referred to as “He Sheng Group”) holds 464,840,177 shares, accounting for 39.32% of the total share capital; He Sheng Group’s concerted party Luo Liguo directly holds 10,558,753 shares, accounting for 0.89%; Luo Yedong, another concerted party, directly holds 179,406,101 shares, accounting for 15.18%; Luo Yidong, another concerted party, directly holds 192,493,302 shares, accounting for 16.28%. After the pledge and unpledge, He Sheng Group has pledged a total of 230,405,100 shares, representing 49.57% of its holdings and 19.49% of the total share capital; Luo Liguo has pledged 0 shares; Luo Yedong has pledged 94,100,000 shares, representing 52.45% of his holdings and 7.96% of the total share capital; Luo Yidong has pledged 55,500,000 shares, representing 28.83% of his holdings and 4.69% of the total share capital.
As of this announcement date, He Sheng Group and its concerted parties Luo Liguo, Luo Yidong, and Luo Yedong directly hold a total of 847,298,333 shares, accounting for 71.67% of the total share capital. After the pledge and unpledge, the total number of pledged shares among the holdings of He Sheng Group and its concerted parties is 380,005,100 shares, representing 44.85% of their total holdings and 32.14% of the total share capital.
