People Finance News, March 20 — The Passenger Car Association released data showing that preliminary estimates for narrow-definition passenger vehicle retail sales in March are approximately 1.7 million units, down 12.4% year-over-year and up 64.5% month-over-month. Among these, new energy vehicle retail sales are expected to reach approximately 900,000 units, with a penetration rate of 52.9%, recovering above 50% once again.
