Xinwangda establishes a new energy company in Beijing with a registered capital of 300 million yuan

People’s Financial News, March 20 — According to Qichacha, Beijing Xinwangda New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established. The legal representative is Ye Zhilin, with a registered capital of 300 million yuan. Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, battery sales, emerging energy technology research and development, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure operation. Qichacha’s equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Xinwangda Power Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xinwangda.
