Sina Tech News, March 19 — The new generation luxury new energy MPV, Denza D9, has been officially renamed the “Second Generation Denza D9.” It will feature BYD’s second-generation Blade Battery, offering a charging experience of “5 minutes to charge, 9 minutes to fully charge, and only 3 extra minutes below -30°C.” In terms of range, breakthroughs have been achieved: plug-in hybrid models have a pure electric range exceeding 400 km, and pure electric models reach a range of 800 km. There are also more technological and luxury features, providing comprehensive upgrades.

In terms of design, the second-generation Denza D9 continues the classic aesthetics of “elegant dominance” and has been further refreshed, with a new grille design that offers richer and more three-dimensional layers.

Previously, Denza D9 has ranked first in annual sales in China’s MPV market for three consecutive years. Currently, the second-generation Denza D9 has completed the vehicle declaration and announcement, and is expected to be officially launched in the first half of this year. The new energy MPV market is also about to enter the fast-charging era.
