Abstract generation in progress

American AI company OpenAI is accelerating its organizational expansion at an unprecedented pace to narrow the gap with competitor Anthropic. The latest news shows that OpenAI, which is preparing for an IPO by the end of the year, plans to hire about 12 new employees daily this year. The company aims to increase its staff from approximately 4,500 to 8,000 by the end of the year, nearly doubling the current number. The new hires will mainly focus on product development, engineering, research, and sales. Additionally, OpenAI will introduce a new role called “Technology Ambassador,” where specialized professionals will directly integrate into the company to help clients deploy and utilize AI tools more efficiently, thereby enhancing business conversion capabilities. This model is somewhat inspired by the successful experience of Palantir’s frontline engineers, who deeply embed into clients’ business processes to generate more revenue. (Sina Finance)
