Online DTC network solution provider Feishu Innovation and platform-based IC design company Guomin Technology announced their allocation results, both of which were oversubscribed. Feishu Innovation was oversubscribed 1,578.71 times, and Guomin Technology was oversubscribed 130.83 times. Both companies will list next Monday and have already had gray market trading. Feishu Innovation's gray market gains exceeded 44%, while Guomin Technology also saw modest increases.

Feisu Innovation: Public portion subscribed by 196,800 people, oversubscribed by 1,578.71 times, with a 1% allotment rate; international offering subscribed by 140 underwriters, oversubscribed by 9.92 times.
Guomin Technology: Public portion subscribed by 56,500 people, oversubscribed by 130.83 times, with a 30% allotment rate; international offering subscribed by 59 underwriters, oversubscribed by 1.51 times.

Both new stocks will debut next Monday, with trading starting today in the dark pool. Based on three major trading platforms, Feisu Innovation and Guomin Technology are performing well in the dark pool, with gains of over 40% and 7.8%, respectively.

Feisu Innovation plans to issue 40 million shares, raising approximately HKD 1.66 billion at the latest price. The original share price range was between HKD 35.2 and HKD 41.6.

According to reports, the company’s public offering was subscribed by 197,000 people, with an oversubscription of 1,582 times, involving HKD 266 billion.
