If a founder discovers that AI tools can replace the interaction work of designers or product managers, the first instinct shouldn't be "now we can cut headcount." It should be "our current team members aren't strong enough."



My current workflow: AI tools generate an interactive prototype that looks pretty good. I spend a few hours refining it, think it's solid, then hand it off to the designer.

Two days later, I see the final product and think it's incredible.

The difference between excellent and mediocre products is just that 10%.
