After being mentioned on CCTV’s “3.15” Evening Gala, the latest response from the relevant company has been issued.

Hello Ride Electric Scooter: Has limited the speed of electric scooters to 25 km/h according to national standards.

On March 15, after being named on CCTV’s “3.15” Gala, Hello Ride customer service responded: We sincerely apologize and have completed rectification as required. We have limited the speed of electric scooters to 25 km/h according to national standards and strengthened speed monitoring to ensure compliance.

According to media reports, Hello Ride customer service also responded that they have paid attention to the related reports from the “3.15” Gala. The company’s management attaches great importance and has immediately established a special emergency task force to conduct a comprehensive self-inspection and rectification overnight. Regarding the “specific issues” everyone is concerned about, the company will release detailed notices through official APPs and other channels in the future.

CCTV Finance exposed that recently on major live streaming platforms, some e-commerce hosts have been actively promoting their external rental electric bicycles. Several hosts openly violated national management regulations during live broadcasts, heavily promoting their products as exceeding national standards with ultra-fast speeds.

During investigation, CCTV reporters found that not only local individual rental shops are renting out electric bicycles that violate national standards, but some well-known chain brands also have this issue. Hello Ride Electric Scooter is a leading brand in the electric bicycle rental industry. Its official website states that it has established over 5,000 stores in more than 100 cities nationwide. CCTV reporters visited a Hello Ride offline store for investigation. Staff at the store said their electric bicycles can reach speeds of up to 75 km/h.

Yunji responds to sales of “Exosome Medical Aesthetics Projects”: Has removed listings

On the evening of March 15, CCTV’s “3.15” Gala highlighted chaos in exosome medical aesthetics, noting that currently no exosome drugs have been approved for market release in China. On Yunji’s AnxinMei mini-program, it shows that Yunji has the Qiaoluo Shi AR exosome project for sale, with traffic directed to offline medical aesthetic institutions.

In response, Yunji stated that all exosome projects have now been taken down. A subsequent search on Yunji’s mini-program and app using the keyword “exosome” revealed that related projects had disappeared.

CCTV’s “3.15” Gala exposed that recently, “exosomes” have become the hottest product in the medical aesthetics market. The national regulatory authorities have strict supervision requirements for exosomes; their components are not allowed to be added to Class II medical devices, and no products have been approved for market release.

Additionally, CCTV’s “3.15” Gala also revealed that producing fake certificates, illegal additives, and illegal sales are not the full extent of the chaos surrounding “exosomes.” Some companies in the market engage in false advertising, claiming their self-produced “exosome” products can beautify, anti-age, and even exaggerate to claim they can treat various diseases.
