On March 10, insiders revealed that Baidu's autonomous driving mobility service platform Luobo QuickRun has recently resumed fully autonomous testing and operational services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Previously, Luobo QuickRun obtained its first fully autonomous testing license in Dubai in January 2026 and opened fully autonomous driving services to the public in Abu Dhabi.
