How can the AI rehire plan be coordinated with the “Ensure Delivery” strategy?

Phoenix Finance News: Recently, a document titled “Rehiring Management Measures for Resigned Employees” from Country Garden has circulated in the market, interpreted as the largest-scale “veteran rehiring” plan. Fengcai News learned from Country Garden that the company does have rehiring, but not on a large scale. The company’s HR department conducted a functional position inventory and process standardization last year. Currently, the company mainly focuses on ensuring delivery, and those with relevant skills and willingness can submit their resumes.

While the rehiring is not large-scale, there are requirements, including four principles: “Mutual confirmation, bottom-line management, prioritizing excellence, and reassigning roles and salaries.” Additionally, five strict conditions are set: “Years of service + time since resignation + performance + no disciplinary violations + no conflicts of interest.” Normal resigners must have over 2 years of service and have been gone for at least 1 year; passive optimizers must have over 3 years of service. Performance in previous years must not be rated C, and employees on the blacklist are ineligible. After rehiring, seniority resets, and salary and rank generally remain unchanged.
