IT House, March 18 — Technology media TechPowerUp today (March 18) published a blog post reporting that a budget processor based on Intel’s Arrow Lake-S architecture, the Core Ultra 3205T, was spotted in the PassMark benchmark database.

The processor scored 4,561 points in PassMark single-core tests, approximately 3.2% and 6.6% higher than the higher-end Core Ultra 5225 and 225T, respectively. IT House provided a comparison of the scores below:

However, since this processor only has 8 cores and 8 threads (presumably 4 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores), it struggles with multitasking, with a multi-core score of 25,949 points.

The media pointed out that the processor significantly outperforms AMD’s Ryzen AI 5435 in both single-core and multi-core tests. Considering its peak thermal design power (TDP) during testing is only 35W, this demonstrates excellent energy efficiency.
