Notice of Convening an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting

Dear Shareholders:

The company will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting at the company office at 10:00 AM on April 10, 2026.

The meeting will review and confirm the establishment of the liquidation team and its leader, responsible for the company’s liquidation work before deregistration; and pass a resolution in accordance with legal and articles of association requirements.

After the liquidation team is established and the liquidation is completed, apply to the business registration authority for deregistration.
