Grid sinking, integrating risk alerts into daily life

CITIC Bank targets key groups such as “Two Departments and Two Members,” extending financial education to community streets, making risk alerts more accessible to grassroots residents.

In Fuzhou, for five consecutive years, CITIC Bank has partnered with Meituan to create the “Financial Knowledge Express Station.” Through regular “Financial Knowledge Express Classes” co-hosted at branches and Meituan stations, practical risk alerts are delivered to Meituan riders.

In Yinchuan, with features like “Hundred Departments Training, Thousand Vehicles Broadcast, Full-area Deployment,” the bank organized specialized training for 100 ride-hail drivers, posted risk alerts inside vehicles, and launched in-vehicle safety broadcasts. At 25 gas and charging stations in Jinfeng District, warning flags are set up to precisely target ride-hail drivers, actively safeguarding financial safety.

In Shanghai, through party-building collaborations, the bank partnered with the Putuo District Changfeng New Village Street Railway Station Party-Mass Service Station to establish a “Financial Security + Convenient Living” integrated service platform. It provides life facilities such as hot water, charging, and microwaves for delivery workers, regularly conducting financial safety talks and anti-fraud science popularization activities.

Technological empowerment, making financial education support a better life

CITIC Bank focuses on the needs of the elderly, transforming cutting-edge technology into accessible “smart companions” to help seniors understand AI risks, master application skills, and integrate into the digital era.

In Chongqing, addressing the practical needs of elderly prevention against new scams, the bank conducted elderly-friendly financial consumer protection campaigns via Chongqing TV. It explained new scam techniques like AI face-swapping and intelligent voice synthesis, analyzed technical principles, recreated scam scenarios, and taught practical identification skills, turning professional knowledge into easy-to-understand anti-fraud guides.

In Urumqi, at the Autonomous Region Transportation Department’s Senior Activity Center, a special lecture titled “Smart Enjoyment in Silver Years, AI Protects Health” was held. Using real-life cases, it promoted anti-fraud, personal information protection, and other knowledge, helping seniors enjoy technological convenience while strengthening their information security.

In Hangzhou, a dedicated course titled “Ten Minutes to Learn AI” was created for seniors, making “Doubao” a chat buddy, photo editor, and creative tool. Seniors not only understand and learn but also use it, truly experiencing technology with warmth and companionship.

Scene deepening, integrating financial knowledge into city DNA

CITIC Bank deeply embeds financial knowledge into everyday life scenes, creating “tangible and perceptible” immersive educational experiences.

In Harbin, in partnership with McDonald’s Heilongjiang, six financial knowledge-themed restaurants were launched, integrating financial education into urban life. Currently, nearly 20 McDonald’s financial knowledge theme restaurants have been established in Shanghai, Hefei, Hohhot, Zhuhai, and other cities, making financial knowledge easily accessible during daily consumption.

In Shijiazhuang, financial knowledge is integrated into the Letai commercial area, with risk alerts embedded in key locations such as restaurants and leisure paths, allowing citizens to learn about finance and identify new risks during their dining and leisure time.

In Hohhot, leveraging the “Kuanxiangzi” scene, financial knowledge is incorporated into the entire process of citizens’ leisure and consumption, making financial promotion subtle yet deeply rooted in everyday life.

From bustling streets to digital spaces, from the icy city in the north to the shores of the South China Sea, CITIC Bank is weaving a nationwide financial safety net through innovative financial education practices.
