March 15 Evening News: CCTV’s 3.15 Gala exposed the issue of “all-purpose” exosomes, with Sichuan Jiebo Saier Biotechnology Co., Ltd. being named. The company’s leader, Mr. Tan, openly told reporters that they are also using exosomes to treat diseases.

Mr. Tan, the company’s head, stated: “I use medical-grade products, confident in their safety and targeting. I shipped 360 units this morning, one customer ordered it because their child has epilepsy and needs a year’s supply.” Seeing the reporter’s skepticism, Mr. Tan directly took out what he claimed was “medical-grade exosome frozen raw liquid” from the refrigerator and proudly showed it to the reporter. The packaging had no product information, clearly a “three-no” product (no brand, no specifications, no production date).

Tianyancha app shows that Sichuan Jiebo Saier Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2024. The legal representative is Tan Yang, with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes cell technology research and application, human stem cell technology development and application, health consulting services, etc., jointly held by Sichuan Jieboyang’er Health Management Co., Ltd. and Tan Yang. The insurance participation data indicates that the company had zero insured employees in 2024.

Notably, there are 17 affiliated companies behind Tan Yang, the legal representative, involved in industries including construction, wholesale and retail, scientific research, and technical services.

Additionally, intellectual property information shows that the company applied for multiple “Yijue Wan” trademarks last year, with international classifications including advertising sales, beer and beverages, and convenience foods. The current trademark status is awaiting substantive examination.

The “BUG” program repeatedly called the business registration phone of Sichuan Jiebo Saier Biotechnology Co., Ltd., but no one answered.
