Techub News Report: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) jointly released an interpretive guidance on crypto assets that provides a clear definition of "digital commodities": crypto assets whose intrinsic value derives from the programmatic operation of cryptographic systems and supply-demand dynamics, rather than profit expectations dependent on core management actions by others. Such assets do not possess passive income or entitle holders to corporate profits, asset rights, or other intrinsic economic attributes, and therefore do not fall under the securities category. The document lists 16 example assets explicitly classified as digital commodities: APT、AVAX、Bitcoin、BCH、ADA、LINK、DOGE、Ethereum、HBAR、LTC、DOT、SHIB、SOL、XLM、XTZ and XRP.

APT-4.27%
AVAX-6.23%
BTC-4.45%
BCH-4.54%
