PepsiCo, Inc. $PEP Shares Purchased by Fifth Third Bancorp
Fifth Third Bancorp increased its stake in PepsiCo, Inc. by 4.0%, acquiring an additional 22,284 shares to bring its total holdings to 581,569 shares valued at approximately $81.7 million. Several other institutional investors also adjusted their positions in PepsiCo during the third quarter. The company recently reported a slight beat on EPS and revenue, declared a quarterly dividend of $1.4225, and approved a $10 billion share buyback plan.
