This is a very important chart.

Above we have the PSCF, which represents the performance, price movements, and market trends of the Invesco S&P SmallCap Financials ETF.
This essentially represents small-capitalisation U.S companies in the financial services and real estate sectors.
Basically, the companies that are the most sensitive to liquidity, borrowing, interest rates, credit etc. Small cap financials and regional banks.
This performs well in times of economic expansion and easing liquidity and badly in times of contractions. It is a lot more sensitive than that of the main S&P500 for example.
Think of it as riskier altcoins in the Crypto market.
I haven't outlined it, but if you look you can see there is a pretty decent correlation with PSCF to Bitcoin and how they move.
And right now, PSCF is pushing towards ATHs and eyeing a breakout that it has been working towards for 8 years.
So what is this telling us?
Its telling us that financial conditions are positive and looking increasingly positive.
Any chart that has been working on breaking ATHs for 8 years has a lot of built up energy.
It is not a coincidence that PSCF is liquidity sensitive and Bitcoin has been in a bear market every time it has taken a decent downturn...
But right now, it is not in a downturn... it is approaching ATHs.
The divergence between the reality and what Bitcoin is showing us continues to become more and more exacerbated.
Things are going to turn around a lot faster than most expect here...
And its not based on a fairytale.
The proof is here.
