Only 10% of those actually attempt to build projects, which is about 2 million people (0.025%). And of those, only 20,000 actually ship their products (0.0025%). This isn't to discourage you from participating; rather, it indicates huge market opportunities. The vast majority are still in the observation stage, and those who actually execute are extremely rare. If you get serious and start working on it, you're already ahead of 99.9% of people.

I have to say, these numbers are really eye-opening. 99% of people are just bragging and haven't actually written a single line of code, right? Having 200,000 people in the ship already puts you in the top tier. No wonder the projects are so competitive. Those who truly have the guts to build are indeed rare; just talking big is useless. I really respect those who work silently without bragging—these are the true founders' mindset. To put it simply, execution ability is what holds back 99% of people. The difference isn't that big.

I'm a bit unsure haha --- 99.9% are still scrolling Twitter, 0.1% are already changing the world. I choose to believe I am that person --- That's why I'm still grinding on code instead of shouting calls every day. That's the difference --- 20 million → 2 million → 200,000, each level is a sieve, but those who finally ship are already making a fortune --- So, don't tell me there's no opportunity. Numbers can lie, but ratios are always honest. It may seem inspiring, but it's actually just a packaged version of survivor bias. 90% cut, then another 90%, so who are the ones who actually ship it out in the end? — often those who need motivation the least.
