Abstract generation in progress

【Crypto World】The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) recently issued a no-action letter to the crypto exchange Bitnomial Exchange, which means Bitnomial has received the green light to launch event contracts in the U.S. market.

This development is quite significant. Bitnomial plans to launch a series of predictive products linked to digital assets, economic indicators, and more, including binary options and range contracts. From a product design perspective, these contracts adopt a full collateralization mechanism—users need to lock in funds in full to trade, fundamentally reducing leverage risk.

On the regulatory front, Bitnomial must also comply with strict requirements such as data disclosure, trading records, and periodic reporting. This regulatory framework demonstrates that the CFTC supports innovative derivatives while also strengthening risk control and transparency. For the entire crypto derivatives market, this case provides a reference for a compliant path.

Full collateralization? Now the leverage players have to behave themselves, haha.

Hey, isn't it? Can full collateralization really prevent the newbies from getting cut? I find it hard to believe...
