Recent changes in SOL's technical pattern are worth paying attention to. Looking at price movements alone is not enough; we need to combine momentum indicators and divergence signals to understand the market's true intentions.

First, let's talk about MACD. This indicator is currently at a critical juncture. On the daily chart, both DIF and DEA are below the zero line and are tightly clustered, with the bars so short that they are almost invisible. What does this mean? The market is in a weak equilibrium, lacking a clear directional push. However, this extreme convergence usually doesn't last long, and a decision is imminent. The key is whether MACD can form a golden cross here; if the bars turn from green to red and continue to expand, it would be a good short-term bullish signal. Conversely, if DIF continues to diverge downward, the bears will regain control.

The RSI performance is relatively more optimistic. On the 2-day cycle, SOL's price hit a new low during last year's decline, but the RSI's low point was higher than the previous one—this is the so-called bullish divergence. In technical analysis, this is an important reversal warning, indicating that although the price is falling, the actual selling momentum has weakened. Once the price stabilizes and rebounds, breaking through the downward trendline, this divergence signal is confirmed, and the rebound is likely to be quite strong.

Volume also needs close monitoring. When these signals are confirmed, trading volume becomes crucial. Bulls aiming for real control cannot rely on bluffing; they need to let actual trading volume speak.

We've been talking about the same old theories all along. The RSI divergence trick has been used a hundred times, and what’s the result? SOL still drops. Waiting for volume and price to match? Come on, retail investors can’t see through the true intentions of institutions at all. Heard the MACD golden cross so many times that my ears are calloused, but I just don’t believe it anymore. This kind of pattern analysis is really just armchair quarterbacking; when it comes to critical moments, traders still get liquidated. The divergence signal is so strong, why hasn’t there been a rebound yet? It feels like just self-comfort.

The golden cross hasn't arrived yet, don't rush to get on board. Wait, is RSI divergence trying to trick me again? If MACD stays sticky like this, we'll be waiting until the Year of the Monkey and Horse. Volume confirmation is the key; just looking at indicators is all fake. Price action is king; everything else is just decoration. Sounds nice, but we're still waiting, no confirmed signals yet. I've heard divergence signals too many times, but the trend still moves in the opposite direction.

The MACD thing is again lingering below the zero line. Let's see if it can really turn green this time. The RSI divergence signal looks pretty good; the previous lows are higher than the earlier lows, indicating that the selling pressure isn't as intense anymore. The key is volume. A rebound without volume is all fake; it depends on whether the bulls dare to really throw in the money.

It's the same MACD golden cross and divergence signal again... I bet five bucks that this wave will either force a sell-off or lead to liquidation, with no third possibility.

This bullish divergence in SOL is quite interesting; I'm just worried it might turn out to be a false alarm.
