When your trading system no longer causes internal friction, whether you're making money or losing money, and your mindset is no longer conflicted or self-tormenting, you are basically on the path to stable profitability. What does stable profitability mean? It doesn't mean every trade makes a profit, but regardless of profit or loss, each trade is executed strictly according to the rules.

Trading, in essence, should not be treated as a "full-time job that requires constant monitoring." It’s more like a small action embedded in daily life, just glancing at it from time to time is enough. The core of trading is to return to a state of "freedom."
Using your own money, without internal conflict, no one can make things difficult for you. Your plan is your own, and whether you make money today is not that important. No one will be pointing fingers or nagging behind your back.

The freedom in trading is also reflected in one thing:
As long as I have my own ideas, I can live, trade, and make money based on these ideas, and others have no right to interfere. Think about it, there are almost no other jobs in this world that can give you such space.

Finally, and most importantly: do less day trading, stay away from those trading behaviors that cause you constant internal friction.

Well said. That's exactly the result I need. I don't know what it means to do less intraday trading.
