A major exchange recently issued a risk warning, stating that starting from January 2, 2026, it will add observation tags to tokens including Acala Token (ACA), DAR Open Network (D), Streamr (DATA), and Flow (FLOW).

What does this mean? In simple terms, tokens with an observation tag will have their risk levels reassessed. Their volatility may become more intense, and their instability could increase. The exchange has stated that it will continue to closely monitor the performance and compliance status of these tokens.

These tokens all face the same risk — they may be delisted if they no longer meet the original listing standards. Once delisted, the risk for investors becomes quite significant. So, if you hold these tokens or are considering trading them, you must be aware: the observation tag is essentially a risk warning. This doesn’t mean these tokens will necessarily go to zero, but volatility and uncertainty are real. Before trading, make sure to do your homework and assess the level of risk you can tolerate.

Observation tags are essentially yellow cards before delisting. DATA and FLOW are the most affected, and from a technical perspective, there are indeed prominent compliance issues. Research shows that such risk warnings often trigger substantial actions within 3-6 months, with historical data indicating a delisting probability of over 65%. The common feature of these four coins in hand is that they all lack competitiveness in the layer1 track, and their fundamental support is worrying. But on the other hand, don’t completely dismiss them; some projects can turn the situation around, and it all depends on the upcoming compliance improvement efforts. Friends holding these assets should now consider a stop-loss window; there's really no need to keep gambling.

Selling is almost done. Now, just add the tags and give the final reminder before taking it down.

Here comes another round of order cancellations, this time involving ACA, DATA, FLOW? It's about time to seriously crack down on these worthless coins. Observation tag = death countdown, still not running? Delisting is only a matter of time. Those who still dare to buy in are true warriors. How did these coins all crash at the same time? Feels like there's a mole. I've seen through the DATA trap a long time ago, currently stuck in a stable loss. The last crazy surge before delisting? Nah, I choose to lie flat.
