【ChainNews】Paradigm has announced personnel changes again. Market Expansion Lead Nick Martitsch just announced that after three years of working in this role, this week will be his last.

But he is not the only one leaving. Previously, Paradigm partner Charie Noyes also announced his resignation, but he has not fully stepped down—he will continue to participate in Kalshi’s affairs as a board observer alongside Paradigm founder Matt Huang. He will also provide support to Paradigm’s portfolio companies and their founders.

Such personnel movements are quite common in this circle; high-level executives rotate, projects shift, it’s all about stirring within the ecosystem.

Paradigm is poaching its own people again; this move is really slick. Noyes still has to keep cleaning up after the portfolio companies, truly wanting to leave but unable to do so.

nah this is just paradigm doing the classic "we're restructuring" shuffle. noyes pivoting to kalshi board while keeping one foot in the door? textbook risk hedging playbook. smart money always diversifies its exit routes tbh
