In the Web3 community, the credibility of opinion leaders is crucial.
What I want to say is—if you want to recommend a project, a trading strategy, or even an exchange to the community, what is the minimum professional standard you should meet?
First, do your own research. Don't just pass on what others say; truly put in the effort to understand the project's logic, risk factors, and market data. Second, since you're daring to recommend, you should also dare to practice yourself. How credible are suggestions from someone who doesn't dare to participate, buy, or hold their own assets, yet constantly boasts in the community?
Too often, I see voices that seem loud and confident on the surface, but when asked about specific holdings, which exchange they're trading on, or their entry times, they start to stammer. Such inconsistency between words and actions does the most harm to novice followers.
Good analysts and opinion leaders should be like this: have their own viewpoints, supported by data, and verified through actual actions. Only then do they deserve to have a voice in the community.
