Traditional guilds rely on enthusiasm-driven management: the president manually keeps accounts, organizes team schedules, and distributes equipment based on personal relationships. When facing version updates and loss of core members, the order collapses like a pile of sand. YGG chooses to rewrite this "human-driven collaboration" as "contractual collaboration": the treasury serves as the engine for assets and cash flow, SubDAO acts as localized operational units, and on-chain governance writes "production-distribution-reinvestment" into verifiable accounts. Equipment, tickets, and key qualifications are minted as NFTs, and the treasury operates in a closed loop of "lending-usage-profit-sharing-recovery-expansion"; newcomers gain usage rights and credit weight through tasks, while teams enhance profit-sharing tiers based on attendance, performance, and contributions to events; content creators' guides, reviews, and derivative works are linked to the "public goods budget," with browsing and reuse automatically settled on the contract side.
The key to this system is not "getting it quickly," but "getting it clearly." The profit distribution paths are clearly outlined by priority: security and operation pool – treasury expansion – individual and team profit sharing; anyone can verify in the browser "where the money comes from, where it goes, and what rules it follows for distribution." In terms of governance, $YGG staking provides basic voting rights and profit-sharing rights, while behavioral reputation (task stability, content quality, event contribution, proposal fulfillment) accumulates influence and decays over time, avoiding the imbalance of "holding coins without working" and "working without rights."
The issuer and service provider no longer engage in "fireworks-style budgeting". YGG has turned cold start into a project: The first phase involves recruiting newcomers and tutorials, creating "deliverables" like wallets, network fees, and equipment usage rights; the second phase initiates trial training and micro-competitions, forcing training through competitions; the third phase launches public competitions and creation workshops to solidify templates; quarterly governance reviews the expansion of positions and content budgets. Budgets are no longer consumed in one go but are solidified into "reusable tracks". As the guild upgrades from a "chat group" to a "production organization", players' time is no longer reset, and skills and reputation can be inherited across worlds, making the ecosystem more resilient to versions and cycles.
