Recently, the cryptocurrency industry has shown some new trends and changes that are worth our attention and consideration.

First of all, an interesting phenomenon has emerged in the South Korean market. Although the South Korean stock market has reached new highs, the trading volume of cryptocurrencies in Korea is at a temporary low. Some project teams that originally focused on the South Korean market, influenced by the surge of Chinese tokens, have started to shift their budgets towards the Chinese market.

Secondly, the impact of the incident that occurred on October 11 seems to have not completely faded. Many market makers, although publicly claiming to have suffered no losses, are actually starting to seek various channels to alleviate pressure. There are even rumors in the market that a certain market maker is negotiating with the exchange regarding compensation, although the likelihood of such compensation is very low.

Another noteworthy trend is the institutionalization and banking of the industry. This may not be good news for most exchanges. More and more users are choosing to allocate their assets to insured banks or ETF products, rather than traditional encryption exchanges.

Coinbase's recent financial report has also attracted market attention. The report shows that the contribution data from new users and transaction volume revenue is poor, which suggests that the actual number of active users in the industry may be far below the expectations at the beginning of the year.

At the same time, we have noticed that Base projects have been frequently releasing Chinese content recently and actively interacting with the Chinese community. This may be related to the wave of Chinese ecology led by BNB, which has had a significant impact on North American public chains.

Currently, the market generally believes that mainstream cryptocurrencies still have the potential to rebound even if they experience a decline. However, for niche tokens, especially those projects that are rarely mentioned, even if the price is driven up, it may still be difficult to attract enough follow-up funds.

Finally, it is worth mentioning that the current market seems to lack clear and effective investment strategies. Investors may need to find a balance between buying mainstream coins at low levels and tracking the hotspots of niche coins. At the same time, some products that have not yet issued tokens may welcome a window of opportunity for value discovery.

Overall, the cryptocurrency market is undergoing a complex transformation period, and investors need to remain vigilant and closely monitor market trends.
