Having just entered the crypto assets market for a little over a month, I have experienced a journey of mixed emotions. The exciting part is that on September 17th, the Ethereum I bought at a cost of 4670 has finally started to profit. However, the frustrating part is that the WLD I purchased at over 1.90 continues to fall, seemingly with no bottom in sight.

During this period, I chose to observe and learn more, and rarely engaged in trading. I read two books to enhance my investment knowledge. One of them is about the self-cultivation of investors, while the other focuses on candlestick chart analysis.

From the first book, I realized an important lesson: if the initial investment choice is wrong, the next key point is to buy at the right time. To find the right entry point, solid foundational knowledge and strength are indispensable.

To supplement my foundational knowledge, I learned some basic concepts of technical analysis through the second book. I understood the basic shapes of candlesticks, the application of Bollinger Bands, the use of moving averages, as well as the concepts of support and resistance levels. Additionally, I learned how to analyze changes in trading volume and important indicators such as the relationship between volume and price.

I realize that true investment strength comes from a stable mindset and reasonable capital management. I have decided to invest no more than 10% of my total assets in trading. This way, even if I encounter short-term losses, I can remain calm and patiently wait for the market to recover or for the next investment cycle to arrive.

This experience made me deeply realize that investing in the crypto market requires continuous learning and accumulation. Although there may be setbacks in the short term, as long as you maintain a learning attitude and continuously accumulate knowledge and experience, you will eventually find your footing in this market full of opportunities and challenges.

Books are more cost-effective than directly losing money on tuition.
