Don't let certain people or things consume you for too long. Overthinking and getting stuck in a rut will only trap you in an emotional quagmire.

Life is a marathon, managing emotions is difficult, but the best way is to reflect and save oneself, to self-adjust, and to let go of unrealistic expectations.

Streamline ineffective social interactions, focus on yourself, enhance your energy field, and determine your state of life. Remember that when you start to optimize yourself, good luck is on its way.
