🚨 Big Week for Crypto in Congress
Two major crypto bills hit the House:
- GENIUS Act – Requires stablecoins to be fully USD-backed, with audits for big issuers. Already passed the Senate, could reach Trump’s desk by Friday.
- Clarity Act – Aims to create clear crypto rules, split oversight between SEC & CFTC. Vote expected Wednesday.
Also up: A bill to block a U.S. CBDC.
