US Giant is Unstoppable in Buying Bitcoin: Accumulated Again at 97 Thousand Dollars! - Coin Bulletin
Semler Scientific increased its cryptocurrency investments by acquiring an additional 167 Bitcoin (BTC) last week. The company purchased these BTCs for approximately 16.2 million dollars, or an average of 97,000 dollars each.
Most of these purchases were financed by the company’s stock sales. Semler raised a total of 39.8 million dollars by selling 1.166 million shares in the at-the-market (ATM) offering conducted on April 15. The company had previously announced that it made Bitcoin purchases on April 25 and April 30.
The amount of Bitcoin currently owned by the company has reached 3.634 BTC. These BTCs were acquired for a total of 322.3 million dollars and cost an average of 88,668 dollars each. At the current price of around 94,000 dollars, Semler’s Bitcoin assets are now worth approximately 340 million dollars.
