Public chains are not something that can be easily created. Transferring OK coin to the Xlayer public chain is not that simple; the technical challenges alone are enough for them to handle. How could it be built without a few years of price development? Binance Coin reaching 800 dollars also came step by step. OK Coin wants to take shortcuts, but they are overthinking it.
