据科技媒体TechCrunch报道，在推出仅7个月后，亚马逊（AMZN.O）决定停止生产面向中小企业的安全机器人“Astro for Business”。在周三发给客户和员工的一封电子邮件中，亚马逊表示搁置Astro for Business的原因很简单：亚马逊希望专注于其家庭版Astro。亚马逊发言人在一份声明中表示：“我们完全致力于将世界级的消费机器人解决方案带入家庭的愿景。”“为了加快我们的进展和正在进行的研究，使Astro成为最好的家用机器人，我们决定减少对Astro for Business的支持。我们对为Astro发明的家庭体验感到兴奋，并期待在未来有更多分享。”
