3月3日消息，据The Block报道，日本央行正在探索将区块链技术引入央行级结算体系。日本央行行长 Kazuo Ueda 在东京举行的金融科技会议 FIN/SUM 上表示，日本央行已启动实验项目，测试央行储备金在区块链系统中的运行方式，此举可能为银行间资金清算和证券结算提供新的技术路径。
Ueda指出，全球金融体系正在进入新的技术阶段，代币化资产、可编程货币以及区块链结算技术正逐渐改变传统支付体系与资本市场结构。尽管日本央行仍保持审慎态度，但已经开始对金融机构在央行持有的活期存款储备进行技术测试，并建立专门的沙盒环境，以评估区块链结算网络的可行性。
根据日本央行的研究方向，该项目将重点探索央行资金是否能够在区块链网络中安全流转，同时研究如何与现有银行间清算系统进行衔接。如果区块链技术与智能合约结合，未来银行间转账和证券结算的执行效率可能得到明显提升。
这一探索也与国际金融体系的技术创新保持同步。日本央行参与了由 Bank for International Settlements 主导的 Agora 项目，该计划汇集多国央行，研究利用代币化央行货币进行跨境批发结算。参与机构正在评估一种框架，使各国央行能够在区块链上发行代币化央行存款，并通过智能合约实现自动化清算。
如果相关技术方案落地，跨境支付流程可能大幅简化，传统国际清算所需的时间与成本也有望下降。
与此同时，日本央行仍在推进零售型央行数字货币（CBDC）试点项目。目前央行正在测试CBDC系统的核心基础设施，并通过CBDC论坛与私营机构合作，吸收技术经验和运营建议。未来阶段，该论坛的讨论范围将扩展至更广泛的支付体系发展议题。
在监管层面，日本数字资产政策也在持续完善。2025年，日本金融监管机构已将包括比特币和以太坊在内的100多种加密资产重新归类为金融产品，使其进一步纳入现有金融监管体系之中。这些政策变化显示，日本正逐步推动区块链技术与传统金融体系的融合发展。
